Partners conduct a comprehensive needs assessment to identify skills and knowledge gaps in current VET curricula related to entrepreneurship. This includes reviewing existing entrepreneurship programs and best practices from other European countries.
Based on the needs assessment, we develop a comprehensive entrepreneurship program including theoretical and practical modules. The program is delivered through various methods: workshops, online courses, and mentoring.
Partners pilot the program in their respective vocational education institutions, evaluate its effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments. Joint workshops and training sessions are organized for teachers to share best practices and lessons learned.
The program is disseminated to other VET schools and organizations across Europe through this website, social media channels, and webinars. We share our experience and promote the program to expand its reach and impact.
Our international consortium brings together expertise from vocational education and entrepreneurship. Partners collaborate to develop the entrepreneurship program and implement it in their respective vocational education programs.
